Functional Foods & Bioactive Compounds in Health & Disease, Science & Practice, March 13-15 in U.S.A.

The Functional Food Center Inc. announced details of its 10th International Conference on Functional Foods & Bioactive Compounds in Health & Disease, Science & Practice, on March 13-15 2012, at University of California, Santa Barbara, in the heart of California's beautiful wine country. Led by Conference Co-Chairman Garth L. Nicolson, PhD, a Nobel Prize nominee, and Co-Chairman Danik M. Martirosyan, PhD, Founder of Functional Food Center, the popular conference is the next in their continuing series on Functional Foods in the Prevention & Management of Chronic Diseases. The main goal of the conference is to bring together experts in medicine, biology and the food industry, to discuss the contribution of functional foods and bioactive compounds in the prevention and management of chronic diseases.
